Papercraft commission for 
of Chang Ge and Sun (plus one horse) from the gorgeously drawn series Song of the Long March. This one was a challenge from the start, from pattern choices to posing to layering to trying to get Chang Ge's hair more accurate than the last time I tried this to HOW DO HORSES EVEN WORK ANYWAY??
But I think it came out quite nicely in the end. Victory!

That horse is pretty cool. It's like it's part of the background and then you pay attention, and it's like "Oh!" and jumps out at you.
